5. Processing Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content, if applicable, with details of the notice.
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent further infringement.
We may reject incomplete or invalid notices but will inform you of the reason.

6. Counter-Notifications

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed content and its former location.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or California, USA, if outside the U.S.) and agreement to accept service of process from the complainant.

7. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate access to our services for users who are repeat infringers. This includes suspending or disabling accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

8. User Responsibilities

Users must respect copyright laws and only upload content they own or have permission to use, as specified in our Terms and Conditions. Uploading infringing content may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.
